Weddings
If you are looking for a church to have your wedding, we would love for you to come see our church. We see weddings as a beautiful time in which we can celebrate our love for one another, and you witness your vows in the presence of God and the assembled body. As a parish, we see our buildings as a gift in which we can share this great time with you.
As members of LCMC, we subscribe to this pastoral Admonition on Marriage.(under the About Us tab, under What We Believe)
Fees are $50 for members and $250 for nonmembers (plus $250 deposit). These fees help compensate for the use of the building.
In addition, the pastor also requires that all couples who wish to marry in either church do at least 3 sessions of pre-marital counseling (preferably done no later than 3 months before the wedding) using the Prepare/Enrich Curriculum. This will qualify you to have approximately $100 off your wedding license.
